By installing or using AItsy you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully so you know what to expect.

Service description

AItsy is a Chrome extension that drafts Etsy replies inside your Etsy Messages tab. You review every draft and decide whether to send it.

Your responsibilities

  • You keep your Etsy account secure and control when a draft is sent.
  • You ensure replies comply with Etsy policies and applicable laws.
  • You do not misuse AItsy, including attempting to access other users’ data or reverse engineering the extension.

License and restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AItsy. You may not resell, sublicense, or modify it for commercial distribution without our written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use AItsy to send spam, harass buyers, infringe intellectual property, or violate Etsy rules. We may suspend access for misuse.

Data and privacy

Your use of AItsy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store Etsy message content on our servers and never sell your data.

Third-party services

AItsy uses third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI) over HTTPS to generate drafts. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those requests.

Disclaimers

  • AItsy is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or non-infringement.
  • You are responsible for reviewing drafts before sending and for the consequences of messages you send.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shops Helper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AItsy (if any) in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using AItsy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as AItsy evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
